Cheesy Potato Casserole

Cook Time: 105 Mins / Difficulty: Easy / Prep Time: 15 Mins / Servings: 15


INGREDIENTS

1 CREAM OF CELERY SOUP, CAN

1 FAMILY SIZE CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP, CAN

DUCK FAT COOKING SPRAY

 10 OZ PIC SWEET FROZEN SEASONING BLEND

TALK TEXAN STEAK SEASONING

1 - 32 OZ BAG POTATO, FROZEN CUBES

8 OZ SOUR CREAM

1 LB CUBED VELVEETA CHEESE SAUCE

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Set Grill at 150° using BBQR's Delight Apple or Oak Pellets
  2. Spray foil pan with Duck Fat cooking spray
  3. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl except potatoes and mix well
  4. Place potatoes into mixing bowl with mixture and mix well.
  5. Empty potatoes into foil pan.
  6. Place in grill for 30 - 60 minutes to infuse smoke at 150 degrees *Add Smoke Tube for Extra Smokey Flavor
  7. Turn grill up to 350, cover with aluminum & cook for 45 minutes
  8. Remove foil and stir thoroughly, bake for 30 minutes more or until bubbl
  9. Let rest at least 15 minutes before serving.
