Green Mountain Parts Warranty is 3 Years from Date of Purchase
The best way to troubleshoot is to contact support when your are next to your grill & it's turned OFF. Always have your serial number ready which is found on the back plate. Replacement parts with installation instructions are quickly mailed to your home when needed.
