Professional Grill Cleaning in North Texas: Gas, Pellet & Outdoor Kitchens
Before and after a professional cleaning. Photo: NTX BBQ Supply.
Most grills don't get dirty all at once. It happens a cook at a time: drippings that never quite make it to the tray, carbon that settles on the grates, a film of grease inside the lid, and spots and streaks on the stainless drawers and cabinets around it. One day you lift the lid and realize the grill you invested in doesn't look much like it did on install day.
That's the job NTX BBQ Supply's new grill cleaning service was built for. Here's what it includes, what it costs, what real results look like, and how to request a cleaning.
NTX BBQ Supply Now Offers Professional Grill Cleaning
NTX BBQ Supply now offers professional cleaning for gas grills, pellet grills, griddles and stainless steel cabinets, done at your home. The service covers North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.
It's for anyone who would rather hand off the deep-cleaning work: homeowners with a built-in outdoor kitchen, people with a pellet grill that's seen a lot of cooks, and anyone getting ready for a party, a new season or a sale.
Meet Mike The Grill Guy

Cleanings are done by Mike The Grill Guy. Mike doesn't rush a job, and he gives every grill the same care he'd give his own, including the details most people skip. Or, as he puts it, "Because everyone needs a guy for that."
Mike works with homeowners, HOA and apartment communities, property managers, vacation rentals, and realtors getting a home ready to sell.

What Does Professional Grill Cleaning Include?
Here's what the service covers for each type of equipment:
- Gas grills (built-in or freestanding): grates, flavor bars and drip tray deep cleaned, grease removed and burners inspected.
- Pellet grills: grease, ash and carbon buildup cleaned out, inside and out.
- Griddles: cooked-on grease and residue removed from flat-top and built-in griddles.
- Stainless steel cabinets: doors, drawers and panels cleaned to lift spotting and bring back the shine.
A deep clean includes interior and exterior cleaning, grease and carbon removal, the cooking grates, flavor bars and drip tray, a burner inspection, and an eco-friendly cleaning process.
For an outdoor kitchen, that means the service doesn't have to stop at the grates. The gas grill package also covers the stainless built-in drawers, cabinets and refrigeration around it.
Gas Grill Cleaning: $350
$350
Gas grill cleaning includes:
- The gas grill
- Stainless steel built-in drawers
- Stainless steel built-in cabinets
- Refrigeration
Where those components are part of your setup.
If your gas grill sits in a built-in outdoor kitchen, one cleaning covers the grill and the stainless storage and refrigeration around it. Tell NTX what your setup includes when you submit your request.
Pellet Grill Cleaning: $300
$300
Pellet grill cleaning, when the pellet grill is cleaned by itself.
Pellet grills collect a mix of grease, ash and carbon. The pellet grill cleaning removes that buildup inside and out. If you have a pellet grill and another grill or griddle, see the bundle option below.
More Than One Grill? Bundle the Cleaning.

Plenty of backyards have more than one cooker: a built-in gas grill, a pellet smoker, a griddle, maybe all three. NTX offers big discounts when you bundle multiple grills or griddles into the same cleaning.
When you submit your request, list everything that needs attention, including the brand and type of each grill or griddle. Ask about discounted pricing when bundling multiple grills or griddles.
When Is It Time for a Deep Clean?

A barrel grill, before and after.
Regular brushing keeps grates in decent shape, but it doesn't reach everything. Grill makers recommend periodic deep cleaning; Weber, for example, suggests a full deep clean at least every three months, and more often if you grill weekly. Some signs it's time:
- Heavy grease buildup in the cookbox, on the flavor bars or under the grates.
- Carbon flaking from the inside of the lid.
- A full or crusted drip tray. Weber notes that a full grease tray can cause flare-ups.
- Ash and carbon buildup inside a pellet grill.
- Cooked-on residue on a griddle top.
- Stainless cabinets with water spots, mineral deposits, brown specks of surface rust, greasy streaks or a dull, cloudy finish.
- It's simply been a long time since anyone cleaned the whole setup thoroughly.
- A big event is coming, like a party, a new grilling season or listing your home.
Cleaning vs. Repair vs. Maintenance
A cleaning is exactly that: cleaning. The deep clean includes a burner inspection, but the service is not a repair, part replacement or technical service.
- Cleaning: removing grease, carbon, ash and residue, and cleaning stainless surfaces. That's what the grill cleaning service handles.
- Repair and parts: if something is broken or not working, that's a separate issue from cleaning. Owners of Green Mountain Grills can find troubleshooting and parts information on our Grill Support & Parts page, or call the store.
- Everyday maintenance: brushing grates, checking and emptying the grease tray, and keeping covers on between cooks are still worth doing between professional cleanings.

Why Clean the Rest of the Outdoor Kitchen?

Before: a Lynx built-in grill and stainless cabinets with water spots and haze.

After cleaning.
In a built-in outdoor kitchen, the grill is only one part of the space. Drawers, cabinets and refrigeration surround it, and they take the same weather.
Stainless steel resists rust, but it isn't maintenance-free. Outdoors, hard water, sprinklers, pool chemicals, grease and pollen leave spots, streaks and a dull haze that everyday wiping won't remove. That's why the $350 gas grill package includes the stainless built-in drawers, cabinets and refrigeration. Shopping for a new setup instead? Browse our outdoor kitchen equipment.
