BBQ gear changes constantly. Every season brings new controllers, new apps, new materials and new features. And then there's PK.
Since 1952, the basic idea behind the Portable Kitchen hasn't changed much: a thick cast-aluminum capsule, charcoal, and a simple set of vents that lets you grill hot and fast or smoke low and slow on the same cooker. That design was born in Tyler, Texas, and it has outlasted a lot of grills that were supposed to replace it.
