The Built-In 700 Series 32 is Napoleon's premium built-in grill head, built from heavy-duty stainless steel for years of reliable outdoor-kitchen cooking. Four stainless steel main burners and an infrared rear rotisserie burner deliver 66,000 total BTUs across a 29.5" x 18" main cooking area (786 sq. in. total), and a commercial-grade rotisserie kit is included – with its own storage spot under the grill.
Thick 9.5mm stainless steel WAVE cooking grids are virtually maintenance-free and lay down Napoleon's signature sear marks. Dual-level stainless sear plates and perforated, angled grease management plates vaporize drippings for flavor and channel the rest away, cutting down on buildup and flare-ups. SafetyGlow knobs glow blue and switch to red when a burner is on, and interior halogen hood lights make grilling after dark easy.
Select Natural Gas or Propane above. Napoleon grills are gas-specific and are not field convertible, so be sure to order the fuel type you will be connecting to.

Installation Note
The island frame and cabinet must be built from non-combustible materials. For combustible enclosures, install with the Napoleon Zero Clearance Liner (BI-3623-ZCL).
