Napoleon Built-In 700 Series 32" Gas Griddle – Stainless Steel
Transform your outdoor kitchen with Napoleon's Built-In 700 Series 32" Griddle. The body is premium 304 stainless steel, and the 5mm-thick 430 stainless cooking surface gives you 500 sq. in. (29.5" x 17") of flat-top space – enough for about 28 burgers at once. Two high-performance U-shaped stainless steel burners put out 24,000 BTUs with best-in-class evenness and fast warm-up, and the dual-zone control with integrated baffle lets you run two temperatures side by side for pancakes and bacon, smash burgers and onions, or a full hibachi spread.
One-touch integrated ignition lights it instantly. SafetyGlow Plus backlit knobs glow red when the gas is on and blink if the flame goes out. The lid is removable for a flexible setup, and cleanup is simple thanks to the front-access grease system with an easy-to-remove tray and an integrated scraper. It installs in Napoleon's standard 32" built-in footprint, so it drops into the same cutout as the Built-In 500 and 700 Series 32" grills.
Select Natural Gas or Propane above. Napoleon griddles are gas-specific and are not field convertible, so be sure to order the fuel type you will be connecting to.

Installation Note
