Napoleon's Built-In 500 Series brings dependable, heavy-duty grilling to your outdoor kitchen. The 304 stainless steel head drops into your island with an included built-in trim for a clean, seamless look, and four 16-gauge stainless steel tube burners put out 48,000 BTUs across 525 sq. in. of main cooking space, plus a 261 sq. in. two-position warming rack.
JETFIRE ignition lights each burner with a jet of flame – no batteries needed – and cross-lighting brackets relight a burner automatically if it ever goes out. Dual-level stainless sear plates vaporize drippings into flavorful smoke and spread heat evenly, while Napoleon's 7.5mm stainless steel WAVE cooking grids leave the signature sear marks and are virtually maintenance-free.

Installation Note
The island frame and cabinet must be built from non-combustible materials. For combustible enclosures, install with the Napoleon Zero Clearance Liner.
