Hand crafted from VG10 Japanese steel, Moe’s EDC Chef is one of the most impressive badass mini chef knives available. It was designed with a fixed razor sharp full-tang blade that is 1/8” (4mm) thick on the spine (top edge) and larger handle to comfortably fit your grip.

Each side of the blade has 33 layers of stainless steel encasing the VG10 cutting edge. Hand hammered and partially Titanium plated to add to the warrior look. Handles are made from G10 - a super tough laminate that is water proof, grippy and highly durable.
