Le Griddle combines 304 stainless steel with a cast-iron/aluminum base plate for exceptional heat distribution. The base plate absorbs and transfers heat evenly across the stainless steel cooking surface, holding consistent temperatures while using less energy — the ideal surface for burgers, breakfast, hibachi, seafood and everything in between.
