Popkens Pickles Newest Flavor, Habanero Honey! Made with cucumbers, habanero, peppers, onion, dill, garlic, honey, vinegar, water, salt, spices & LOVE.  

JALAPEÑO HONEY A few slices of locally sourced jalapeños and honey replacing the sugar portion of our brine. Not necessarily a sweet pickle but some added sweetness from the honey.

BREAD-N-BETTER This Pickle is Really nothing like a traditional bread n butter pickle. We use a unique blend of brown sugar, maple syrup and cinnamon in a cider vinegar base. With garlic and onion as well.

DIABLO DILL A VERY flavorful heat! We add Serranopeppers and crushed red pepper but this pickle is NOT just hotfor heats sake. PopKens signature brine provides a Perfect balance... the maple syrup in our brine really takes the edge off!
