INGREDIENTS
1 CREAM OF CELERY SOUP, CAN
1 FAMILY SIZE CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP, CAN
10 OZ PIC SWEET FROZEN SEASONING BLEND
1 - 32 OZ BAG POTATO, FROZEN CUBES
8 OZ SOUR CREAM
1 LB CUBED VELVEETA CHEESE SAUCE
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Set Grill at 150° using BBQR's Delight Apple or Oak Pellets
- Spray foil pan with Duck Fat cooking spray
- Place all ingredients into mixing bowl except potatoes and mix well
- Place potatoes into mixing bowl with mixture and mix well.
- Empty potatoes into foil pan.
- Place in grill for 30 - 60 minutes to infuse smoke at 150 degrees *Add Smoke Tube for Extra Smokey Flavor
- Turn grill up to 350, cover with aluminum & cook for 45 minutes
- Remove foil and stir thoroughly, bake for 30 minutes more or until bubbl
- Let rest at least 15 minutes before serving.
