Green Mountain Parts Warranty went from 2 to 3 years starting in October 2018.
The best way to troubleshoot is to contact support when your are next to your grill & it's turned OFF. Always have your serial number ready which is found on the back plate. Replacement parts with installation instructions are quickly mailed to your home when needed.
