It's always best to CLEAN & RESTART your grill before contacting support. 

Green Mountain Parts Warranty is 3 Years from Date of Purchase

The best way to troubleshoot is to contact support when your are next to your grill & it's turned OFF.  Always have your serial number ready which is found on the back plate. Replacement parts with installation instructions are quickly mailed to your home when needed.

Pitts & Spitts Wood Pellet Grills are covered by a 10 year warranty on the barrel, 3 years on the controller & 1 year on all other parts.
